Basic Overview

Kaldtislav is a Planet apart of the Combine. It's a war-ravaged planet that's left it's inhabitants desperately trying to bring it back to it's former renaissance.


Geography

It's mostly flat and barren, but there are mountains and hills. It also has 'craters' 

There are clusters of pillars, giant jagged ice-like spikes that go extremely high. 

For some odd reason, there's a lot of abandoned technological relics, ranging from short buildings to sci-fi chests burried under the snow.

Kaldtislav is ran by 'Osseous Energy Co.'


Culture

Due to the amount of drug material here, and the war-torn nature of the Planet, the drug trade is absolutely bananas. Drugs are banned, but that doesn't help at all.
