OVERVIEW:
The Osseous Energy Corporation (also called OEC), is the Monolith of Kaldtislav. They are distant to the other towns and cities due to the Fumes
JOINING PROCESS:‎ ‎
Joining is Simple. Mail in a submission, they'll take a look and decide if you're right for the job or not. If you're poor or have no transportation, they'll require you to move into Morgheim to stay close to them.
LORE:Â
Osseous Energy Co. was founded by Owen Osseous in Year 5.Â
It's current CEO is Osmond Osseuos. 'Ozzy' inherited the company from his father, Otis Ozzeous. Ozzy doesn't contribute much to the company and treats his employees like shit. Despite being a monolith owner, he's more well known as a Rockstar talk-show-host.
OEC fuels it's energy through Human remains, specifically bones. The Engwald, a large gravesite native to Kaldtislav is actually property owned by OEC. In actuality, they use the site to dig up the remains and uses it as fuel for energy.
In addition to this, the OEC factory releases gas, that overtime, turns people into Liches.Â
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE:‎
Extraction Sector: A team dedicated to going out and collecting the corpses for the OEC.
Energy Sector: Technicians and such who Operate and manage the power plant, making sure everything is at its full potential
Finance Sector: Handles Finance, Higher ups that are closer to the Owner
Health Sector: Handles Health and Safety, particularly related to Environmental safeguards regarding Lichification
Engineering Sector: Regards Engineering, Building, and Maintenance and RepairsÂ
For every sector, there are directors and managers who oversee new projects and plant expansions.
CULTURE:‎
A fair amount of liches work at OEC, and while you're not very likely to face racism from your fellow coworkers, the higher-upsÂ
see it as a way to determine who's poor, and you're less likely to be promoted.
Everyone's encouraged to take their job seriously, and the environment is very professional.
Out of their assigned job, they get free lunch breaks in a connected food-court like building, where the breaks are held to. its pretty nice.Â
